Christmas Shopping in June with Strategic Shopping
June brings summer vacation, but my kids hate to be without their
backpacks, notebooks, and pens. I encourage them to fill those
notebooks with lists of who they want to give gifts to this Christmas.
They also write out different ways to be a blessing throughout the
holiday season.
Writing out our goals helps us to stay focused and actually
accomplish those goals.
Make a list.
Whom would you like to buy or make gifts for this year?
Do you have any ideas concerning the type of gift you would like to
give?
How can you get the best price on these gifts or the materials
needed to make them?
This is the month that I love to start making homemade gifts.
I have certain things that I make every single year and other gifts that I try for the first time.
I love all of the awesome ideas that can be found on Pinterest!
Homemade Christmas Gifts
Some of the gifts I make every year include potholders, dish
rags, candy wreaths, crocheted hats and scarves, aprons, and
slipper socks.
June Christmas Goals
Our June Christmas goals:
Step #1 – Check the things you bought already off your
list.
Step #2 – Make a list or re-evaluate the list you made
earlier this year.
Step #3 – Decide what kind of homemade gifts you would
like to make this year, then start making them.
