Healthy Habit Trackers from American Coaching Academy
Thank you, American Coaching Academy and Homeschool Review Crew for giving us an opportunity to do a review on the Healthy Habit Trackers.
Sarah and I had been looking for a new exercise program, so Healthy Habit Trackers came in at the perfect time.
If you are looking for a fun way to keep your children busy this summer, then look no further.
It is the perfect way to teach your children, or even grandchildren, some healthy habits.
We have enjoyed implementing these healthy habits into our summertime days.
It doesn’t have to be summertime in order to use this tracker. It just happen to come along during the beginning of our summer vacation.
Have fun keeping those kiddos happy, active, and healthy!
30-Day Musclular Endurance Challenge
Sarah was excited to get started right away with this new exercise program.
She asked me if I wanted to join her in doing the 1-minute wall sit to which I promptly said a big no!
Sarah set the timer and started her wall sit.
Come on, clock!
Come on, clock!
Sarah kept talking to the timer as she slid down the wall until she was finally sitting on the floor.
She quickly jumped up and grabbed the timer.
I said, How did you do?
She breathlessly said, 43 . . .
I was shocked and said, Wow, that’s not bad!
Sarah finished saying, left!
Hahahahahaha
Wall sits were a little more difficult than she thought they would be.
After working on them day after day though, they became easier and easier.

The American Coaching Academy’s Healthy Habit Tracker is a 17-page digital e-book.
Twelve of these pages are full-color worksheets, but you have the option to print them out in either color or black & white.
You can also choose which pages to print and use with your family.
This program includes an eighth page on yoga, but my family doesn’t use yoga, so we just skipped that page.

It’s true that we are a list and chart-loving family, so that may be why our family enjoyed that American Coaching Academy’s Healthy Habit Tracker so much, but we can’t help but encourage you to try it for yourself!
