Math Mammoth Skills Review Workbook
The Math Mammoth Grade 6 Skills Review Workbook was created to go along with the Math Mammoth Grade 6 complete curriculum program and is not meant to be a full math course on its own.
It is meant to do exactly what the name suggests – review math skills.
Math is mastered through repetition, so this workbook is a great resource.
Skills Covered
There are ten chapters and a total of eighty skills pages.
The skills covered include:
- Chapter One – Review of the Basics Operations
- Chapter Two – Expressions and Equations
- Chapter Three – Decimals
- Chapter Four – Ratios
- Chapter Five – Percent
- Chapter Six – Prime Factorization, GCF, and LCM
- Chapter Seven – Fractions
- Chapter Eight – Integers
- Chapter Nine – Geometry
- Chapter Ten – Statistics
The digital materials can be printed out, or filled in on a computer or tablet.
We chose to print out the worksheets and complete one daily.

Video Lessons
I really loved the online video lessons that matched the main curriculum.
As a homeschooling mom, I can honestly say I love video lessons!
If we didn’t understand a math concept, we were able to watch and re-watch the videos.
Math Mammoth is designed to be as self-teaching as possible, requiring little preparation from the teacher/parent.
How We Used the Math Mammoth Skills Review Workbook
Most of these lessons are just one sheet.
That made it easy to use them as a daily review worksheet.
Every school day we took a few minutes to complete one worksheet.
This went well with our A Little Dab a Due Ya theory.
It only took a few minutes each day to complete one review lesson.
Interactive Online Games
Sarah’s favorite part of Math Mammoth was the huge variety of interactive online math games they offer.
There are well over sixty interactive online math available with Math Mammoth.
I loved that each category of math had a game to go with it.
The games covered the following cagtegories:

Math Mammoth is Available Internationally
Math Mammoth is happy to have a Canadian version of the complete curriculum for grades 1-3, and an international version (all metric) for grades 1-7.
Foote Family Homeschool
Math Mammoth Grade 6 Skills Review Workbook fits really well into our daily homeschool schedule.
Although it is meant to be used alongside the Math Mammoth Grade 6 Full-Curriculum, it worked perfectly as daily review lessons by itself.
It was a great supplement to our current math curriculum.
We absolutely loved the interactive online math games!
