Restaurant Coupons and Deals
What could be better than going out to eat? Going out to eat with a coupon or deal, of course! Do you use restaurant coupons and deals?
Whenever I survey my friends about the greatest area they need to learn to be frugal in, they ALWAYS say eating out. Everyone knows that eating out is a costly habit to get into, but no one wants to completely give it up.
Thanks to so many restaurants offering coupons and deals today, there’s no need to give up going out to eat totally.
I encourage you to not make a habit of eating out. Preparing healthy, homemade meals at home is always the most frugal option, but even the best of us enjoys a meal out!
I love that most restaurants today are offering some type of coupons and deals. Make sure you use them!
Restaurant Coupons and Deals
I like to carry restaurant coupons right in my purse, coupon binder, and vehicle for those unexpected stops, but even that’s not necessary in many cases today. Digital savings are taking over! I can’t think of any fast food chains that aren’t offering digital savings today. It’s quick, it’s simple, and it saves!
If you are making plans to go out to eat, then, by all means, do a Google search of your restaurant before you go! Why pay full price?!? Many more restaurants than you realize are offering coupons right on their websites.
Coupons, Discounts, and Discounted Gift Cards
There are so many ways to save some money while eating out that it seems silly to not use them. I love to check sites, like ebates.com,
Ebates.com
I love the website, Raise.com. They sell used gift cards at a discount for many stores and restaurants. Always look for a deal to places like Texas Roadhouse before going there. You can combine their free appetizer, or any other coupon right along with these discounted gift cards. You don’t need to know too far ahead of time either. Every gift card I have ever purchased has been ready within minutes. Just make sure you are choosing the digital gift cards and not one that needs to be mailed to you. Just p
There are some pretty cheap meals at some pretty nice restaurants available by purchasing gift certificates through Restaurant.com. I remember one time years ago I got a $25.00 gift certificate for $2.00 to a nice hotel’s dining room. Four adults ate during the lunch hour. We had the entire place to ourselves and thoroughly enjoyed eating our burgers on a nice cloth table cloth and watching the gorgeous chandelier right over us. Lunch is almost always cheaper than supper, and the gift certificate covered the entire meal! That was 50 cents per person!
Groupon.com is an amazing site with some of the best deals out there. You definitely need self-control if you are going to frequent this website because they are always offering deep discounts!
Ebates is a website that earns you cashback on all of your purchases. Swagbucks is a search engine that earns you points back on purchases that can, in turn, be used to get free gift cards.
My all-time favorite way to save at restaurants is to have a dad. My father and I love to go out on dinner dates. I always tell him he has to pay because my part was supplying the coupons! 🙂
These are just a few ways to get you started on saving money while eating out! How do you save while eating out?
