Great American Outdoors Day  = A Free Pass to Our National Parks

Did you know there was such a thing as National Park Fee-Free Days?

This is such a wonderful opportunity to get out there and finally visit all of those National Parks you have always wanted to visit.

August 4, 2023 is Great American Outdoors Day. All National Parks will have free entrance on that day.

The National Park Service will waive entrance fees for all 423 of its parks, monuments, and memorials on its fee-free days this year.

Entrance Free Days

Although many park entrances are free all of the time, there are others that can cost between $5.00 and $35.00 per person typically on most days of the year.

It is pretty exciting that even places like Acadia, Grand Canyon, Yosemite, Yellowstone, and Glacier national parks are included in these fee-free days!

2023 National Park Fee-Free Days

The National Park Service fee-free days for 2023 include:

I am so happy to say that everyday is a fee-free day for all American veterans and Gold Star families!

Only Entrance Fees Will Be Waived

Please keep in mind that although the National Park entrance fees will be waived on these specific days, the cost of activities and amenities such as camping, boat launches, transportation, and special tours will still come at a cost.

Candy had been a good shopper for years. With 12 children, it didn’t take her long to realize that if she wasn’t a smart shopper, she wouldn’t make it very far! She wanted to continue to be a stay-at-home mother, but she wondered if this was going to be possible. Then, she found out about coupons. Coupons have literally changed her life!
