It’s Time to Fill Up the Christmas (Gift) Closet
If you haven’t started yet, then now is the time to start filling up the Christmas (Gift) Closet.
It seems like there are clearance deals everywhere you turn these days.
It’s that time of year!
Walgreens has its spring/summer clearance sale going on right now at 90% off!
Walmart, Dollar General, Family Dollar, Target, and so many other stores are marking everything down from clothing to shoes to toys and tools.
Make sure that you are grabbing a little something to throw into the Gift Closet everytime you are in the stores.
It Doesn't Need to Be A Lot
It doesn’t need to be a lot.
I picked up a couple of packages of markers and a couple of packs of colored pencils marked at 50 cents each the other day.
They are safely tucked away in my Gift Closet.
A few weeks before that, I picked up a double pack of beach towels for $5.00.
That was only $2.50 per towel.
They went into the gift closet.
I Know What I Want
I know what I normally buy for gifts, and keep an eye out for those items to be marked down to their rock-bottom prices.
I will pick up a nice outfit from the clearance racks for each person on my list.
Cups are marked down all over the place, and they always make a nice little gift.

Buy While the Prices are Low
Buying toys and other gift ideas now while they are marked way down will save you a ton of money.
I have always liked buying birthday gifts for my grandchildren at the same time I am filling up the Christmas closet.
I try to make sure I have the upcoming year totally covered.
