Price Chopper - My Amazing Sales and Deals This Week

Price Chopper – My Amazing Sales and Deals This Week

I only shop at Price Chopper for their deals. I don’t care for their regular prices, but I can score quite a bit when doing Strategic Shopping there.

Do you shop at Price Chopper?

Here is what I picked up at Price Chopper this week.

10 cases of Pics brand 24-pack bottled water on sale for $2 each. I had a 50 cent off store coupon that came off from one pack of water. I received this coupon in the mail. I earned points back for every five packs purchased.

Ninety-nine percent of the time I make my own homemade sauce, but if I had to choose a jarred sauce, it would be Classico.

I picked up six jars of Classico pasta sauce on sale for $2.00 each, and earned points back.

Prego pasta sauce was also on sale for $2.00 each. I picked up four jars and applied two 75 cent coupons, which both doubled giving me a total of $3.00 off. I earned points on buying the Prego too.

I got two boxes of Annie’s organic macaroni and cheese. I used the in-ad Price Chopper coupon offering two boxes at $0.49 each. I, also, had a $1 off manufacturer’s coupon that I got from coupons.com making two boxes a money maker of two cents.

I just love money-maker coupons, don’t you!?!

Two boxes one-pound each of Barillla pasta was on sale for a dollar each. I used the in-ad coupon making them $0.49 each.

Next, I picked up two packages of the Pics brand baking chips. I got one vanilla chips and one mini chocolate chips both on sale for $1.99 each.

I used a store coupon for an additional dollar off which I received from the iSave machine.

The iSave coupon machine is located at the front of the store. You will get a sheet of coupons when you scan your AdvantEdge card. These coupons will include both store and manufacturer coupons.

Two bottles of Pics brand salad dressing which was on sale for $1.99 each. I had a store coupon for 50 cents off a purchase of two. I received this coupon in the mail.

One package of Banquet chicken patties for $3.99 within in-ad coupon.

A free package of McCain frozen french fries is included with the purchase of the chicken patties and the use of the store coupon.

I used an in-ad coupon on two bags of Birds Eye steamed fresh frozen veggies, which made them $0.49 each.

I got one box of frozen Eggo waffles which was on sale for $2 and I had a $0.75 off coupon, which doubled making the waffles only $0.50.

I splurged and got four of the Pepperidge farm cakes found in the freezer section. They were on sale for $2.50 each. No coupons were included in this deal.

I couldn’t pass up grabbing one bag of Pics brand jumbo roasting marshmallows on sale for only 88 cents. No coupons were included in this deal.

I splurged one more time on two boxes of Hostess orange cupcakes, which I got as one of my son’s birthday gift. They were on sale for $2.50 per box. No coupons were included in this deal.

I got 12 cans of Campbell’s cream of mushroom soup on sale plus I had two 80 cents off manufacturer coupons, which I printed from coupons.com. The coupons both doubled to $1.60 giving me a total of $3.20 off.

I found two packages of the plain Kaiser rolls on the clearance rack for $1.50 each. That was more than half off the original price.

I, also, picked up one bottle of Pics vegetable oil, which was on sale for $2.50. I had a fifty-cent store coupon that I received in the mail.

With all of the splurges and the stocking up on bottled water in case of a power outage this winter, I spent more than I typically would at a weekly Price Chopper shopping trip, but I am still pretty happy with the results.

Total before sales and coupons = $162.29

Total after sales and coupons = $97.77

I saved $64.52, and earned back quite a few points.

I am able to use these points towards discount on gas at my local Sunoco shop or I can apply the points to another order at Price Chopper.

I earned four times the points today because I made sure I registered my card with Price Chopper which they do about four times a year.

Candy had been a good shopper for years. With 12 children, it didn’t take her long to realize that if she wasn’t a smart shopper, she wouldn’t make it very far! She wanted to continue to be a stay-at-home mother, but she wondered if this was going to be possible. Then, she found out about coupons. Coupons have literally changed her life!
