Do you ever get excited about a sale?
I always do!
One of Sarah’s favorite foods is hot dogs, so I was super happy to see them go on sale for a buck a pack this week.
The real reason I was so happy is that I have been holding onto a couple of manufacturer coupons for quite a few months just waiting for a good sale to match them up to.
I had two manufacturer coupons.
Each one was $1.00 off from two packages.
When matched up with this sale, I was able to score four packs at 50 cents each.
How to Get Hot Dog Coupons
One of my all-time favorite way to get coupons for items that my family will actually use is by simply contacting companies we use and asking them if they will send us some.
It’s that simple.
Some companies say yes.
Some companies say no.
Some say yes, but not right now.
Some say no, but send them anyway. LOL
Bar-S happened to tell me yes.
I noticed that they have a statement on their website right now saying they aren’t mailing out coupons right now, but they are still encouraging people to sign up for their newsletters to get coupons.
Save A Lot's Coupon Policy
I love the fact that Save-a-Lot accepts manufacturer coupons, and they are carrying more and more brand-named items!
Save-a-Lot has over 800 stores, and they are independently owned. Each store tends to have its own coupon policy.
However, all of them do accept online and manufacturer coupons.

Tonight's Supper
I was so excited to score these cheap hot dogs, especially today.
Today just happens to be National Hot Dog Day.
Did you know there was such a thing?
Plus, Sarah loves hot dogs. They are one of her all-time favorites.
She was really happy when I told her about Mama’s awesome deals today.
So, guess what she said when I asked her what she wanted for supper?
Macaroni and cheese.
Oh, well, such is Mom Life!
I’m still happy with my hot dog deals!
How to Get Free Mr Bubbles Coupons
Do you have specific Christmas gifts that you give every single year?
